Systems of Care

NOW OPEN: The 2018 Indiana System of Care Implementation Survey (aka "the SOCIS") is now open! The survey is a key part of our efforts to monitor the progress of children's mental health systems in Indiana. Anyone who has an opinion on children's mental health efforts and/or System of Care is encouraged to complete the survey, which is completely anonymous. Please allow thirty minutes to complete the SOCIS. Thank you in advance! Click here to access the survey.

NAMI Indiana is a key partner for the development of a family-driven, youth-guided, statewide System of Care.

What is Systems of Care? The local and regional community takes responsibility for building a comprehensive system that leads to sustainable success for youth and families.

The VISION of a System of Care: All young people, surrounded by supportive adults, achieve wellness, engage in their community, and together, promote wellness for generations to come.

The MISSION of our System of Care: To model and provide leadership, guidance, technical assistance, policy and change at the state level to ensure that a local SOC is available for every child, youth, young adult and their families.
