Pathway to Recovery - Provides housing to Hoosiers overcoming homelessness, substance abuse, and addiction. 

Smoke-Free Indy - A coalition of community stakeholders working to reduce secondhand smoke, tobacco usage, and prevention.

The Quit Line - Call 1-800-QUIT-NOW in order to talk to a trained 'Quit Coach'. The Quit Line staff are prepared to help users of all tobacco products, not just cigarettes.

Adult Protective Services - APS is a state program that handles allegations of abuse, neglect, and financial exploitation of disabled adults.

Clubhouse Indiana - A resource of clubhouses in Indiana that help people with mental illnesses find friends, job opportunities, educational resources, and more.

Indiana Disability Rights - IDR (formerly IPAS) is a state agency that advocates for individuals with a disability when a right or discrimination has occurred due to their disability.

Indianapolis Legal Aid Society - Provide legal services for a wide range of legal issues, most frequently in the areas of housing, guardianship, adoption, and family law. Indy Legal Aid provides legal assistance that benefit the most vulnerable members of the Central Indiana community: the elderly and persons with a physical and/or mental disability, children and their caretakers, and low-income individuals who otherwise would not receive legal help.

Indy Bar Legal Line - Local attorneys will provide free legal advice on the 2nd Tuesday of the month by phone from 6 to 8 p.m. (Eastern Time).

PACE - (Public Advocates in Community re-Entry) accepts anyone in Central Indiana with a felony conviction and needs assistance, no matter how long ago that felony occurred.


Reach for Youth - Home to a nationally recognized Teen court program that brings juvenile offenders and trained youth volunteers together to provide a second chance to youthful offenders.
